Online check-in
Individuals and groups of up to 9 passengers can check in for their Jet Airways flight online, as long as they have no more than 4 flight segments on their booking. Depending on the passenger's destinations and ticket type, the online check-in opens between 48 and 24 hours ahead of a flight's departure and closes again 1 or 2 hours prior to takeoff. Online check in is not available for all airports served by Jet Airways, so passengers should check this in advance. When they've checked in successfully, passengers will receive an e-boarding card, which will be sent to them via email.
Hand luggage allowance
Hand luggage allowances on Jet Airways flights vary depending on the aircraft type, ticket class and the flight route. In most instances, passengers will have a hand luggage allowance of at least 1 item with a maximum weight between 7 kg and 10 kg, plus a maximum size limit of 55 x 35 x 25 cm or 55 x 35 x 20 cm.
